  Id like to say that I'm pleasantly pleased that Hfx Chrysler has an outstanding service department!!! Sometimes there are hurtles but calling the right person and when that right person is an impeccable employee then I have to say Hfx Chrysler is on top of their game!! I shall continue to have my vehicles serviced there and continue to buy from them!! Thank you Ramona, Thank you Allan Murphy, thank you body shop, thank you Hfx. Chrysler and thank you Chrysler Canada!! Outstanding performance!!!

  Took my vehicle in to have the tires changed, and an alignment due to having a limited edition car, I didn't want to chance damaging the rims at my regular shop. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the read outs were in miles, and 3 of the 4 tires were reading under inflated. I walked into the service bay, (I was the only customer around, not even another vehicle in there being worked on) and told the lady working at the desk. Her response was "check your owners manual for how to switch back to kilometers, and our air hose is over there if you want to fill your tires more. Im sorry.. I guess I walked into the DIY service centre, and not the Halifax Chrysler service centre. To top it all off my bill was $257 for a tire change and alignment. Needless to say, I won't be back.
