  Very positive experience. Walked in and was looked after immediately. Staff did an excellent job of ensuring proper type and coverage of undercoat was applied. Nice touch to wash off overspray and shine the tires.

  The new owners are awesome, I usually get my car done 4-5 times a year. Tried these guys and would say it's the best I have had so far. They love what they are doing and take pride in their work that alone is worth it. 2012 Audi Q5 came back to me looking brand new. Try them you won't be disappointed.

  Told me it was fine to leave my vehicle for them after hours. My car was in full working condition. When I took my car home and put the window down to swipe into my parking garage, it was seemed to be catching and sticking and then would not go back up properly - one end raised up higher and began to come away from weather stripping and frame. When I called to report this issue, I was told that the manager would call me back. She did not call for 3 days. When she finally called me back, she took no responsibility for the damage. She blamed me, stated that it must have already been like that, occurred because I left the vehicle overnight, for which she was no responsible, and "guaranteed" that it could not have been the result of her employees conduct. She literally offered me no potential remedy.

  Had a good experience... my car was filthy and when i picked it up, it was clean beyond what i expected. Im a car guy and expect the best service on my vehicles, always have always will, and shine factory exceeded my expectations. I will defiantly go back, thank you for a great job!!!.

  Additionally, when I made my booking, I had asked if they clean and vacuum trunks and was told they do. When I picked my vehicle up, it had not been done and I was informed by a different employee that "they don't do that".
