  Their stated policy is 'You Matter to Us' but in reality, like every other business, the actual policy is 'Profits matter to us', and they're happy to see you go if they can't make as much as possible off you.

  I recently received a gift of a Sony camera that was bought at Henry's. The staff was extremely helpful to my gift giver. Better yet was that because they had a sale two weeks later, they gave me full credit for the sale price difference when I went back with my receipt. That being said, the gift giver was upsold on the expensive and almost useless extended warranty. That money would have been better spent on a case, or toward another lens.

  Be aware that if they're having an offer with things added 'free', the price of the item is raised the value of those items. If you don't need the items, wait for the items to come off, because the price will go down.

  Very nice store where they were very helpful and gave me lots of time to figure out which option was best for me. I wanted a product that was not available in store, so they ordered it in and it arrived sooner than expected, which was awesome for Christmas time! They prices can be a little high, but I recommend doing research on their website and going into the store to figure out what's best for you.

  I called in ahead of time and was greeted pretty fast by Katherine (Kate) and even though I was only calling for business hours, she tried to find out what exactly I needed. At the store she was very helpful and knowledgeable, professional and friendly. And the prices ARE very good. Saved over a hundred on my merchandise today.
