  If I could pick 0 stars I would but you have to pick one. We bought our furniture 2 years ago in December and it was the a big mistake. I should have known when it took over a month to have it delivered when we received our furniture the wood was all marked up it took 3 times and it was still marked up so they gave is a discount that we took, I wish now I sent it back. It's been 2 years and the cushions are a mess they are lumpy and you sink down also the material has gone nibby. Never again will I buy anything from the brick.

  There ok of a store just that if you buy some things you got to wait between 6 to 11 days before they're delivered I can understand that they don't over stock .But professional friendly staff.

  We went to Ashley furniture and bought a beautiful sectional and recliner for our den and its beautiful we love it, it is also 2 years old and looks like new.

  This morning they open at 10 and I've been calling the store since then and they do not have there phones system on it says the time they open and it hangs up on you now isn't that wonderful service, not at all.

  We ordered a sectional- we went in picked it up and it was the wrong configuration when we got it home, opened it up and attempted to set it up. They then ordered us another one that would come in 2+ weeks - so we then had to leave the one that did not fit in our space until then. Then I called and explained that this switch would have to be a delivery now not pick up because we can’t drag in one coach and pick up another one - that’s crazy. Patrice (not helpful nor apologetic) said the delivery will delay things for another week and a half- So I said fine we will have to somehow pickup (it’s Christmas time and we have events) we will get an enclosed trailer drag the coach back in and pick up our new one. We got the trailer in there the day after it was suppose to be in and NO COACH and worst is NO ONE CARES. So now we have no coach, and the best they offer us is free delivery in another week- WORST EXPERIENCE IMAGINABLE, but clearly everyone can see that by previous star rating.
