  Check their website for stock before you go. It even tells you what aisle it's in. Then you never have to complain about a Canadian Tire employee again.

  So i awkwardly walked alongside the employee who even though was generally polite, made me feel like i was a suspect.

  When they are idle, they always find one or the other thing and try to fix them. Moreover, this store has some of the worst customer service associates.

  The worst shopping experience. Was in line in the automotive department when an alarm sounded off at the door nearby. The only two employees that were there, quickly darted to the scene. One leaving the cash register, and the other employee whom was filling out credit card info from a customer, left running. Then after about 5 minutes of waiting they returned and it was my turn at the cash. I asked the employee to help me get a headlight out of a locked cabinet. I attempted to say thanks man but he was quick to inject; "I'm actually going to have to walk this headlight up to front cash for you."

  Went in with my husband and 8 year old daughter. My husband had on a small backpack, as did my daughter. One of the employees chased as through the store (didn’t realize he was calling us) and made a huge deal about him have the backpack on. He made my husband give him his back pack but didn’t say anything about my daughters backpack. Such crappy service. Good thing Kent was just across the street with much better service and didn’t treat us like criminals.

  If people are stealing too much from canadian tire bayers lake, then maybe it's time to hire security, don't make your customers feel like they're under a microscope.

  If I could go less than 1 star I would. I'm not going to give a reason as to why one star, but if you've ever been to a Canadian Tire then you know why one star, they're all the same store. Besides, Kent's, Lee Valley, and Home Depot are in the area and cheaper products can be found at Walmart.
