    UPDATE: I recieved a call with an apology about the issues I was having. I was then assured my mattress would be arriving the following Friday as well offered either a $100 refund or an upgraded mattress. Good on them for making it right, I've changed the rating from a 1 star to a 4 star.

    Interactions within the store were great, and pretty helpful although we knew exactly what we were going to buy. It wasn't in stock and the delivery would be in a week. When the delivery never happened, I was told it wouldn't fit on the truck so I'd have to wait another week... Or was it two? He wasn't entirely sure and nobody would have called to let me know. I called someone else only to find out that they don't even have the mattress I ordered. It'll take 2-4 weeks before they can get any in stock. Nobody at this company knows what the hell is going on.

    Fantastic Staff and products - we love our new bed! We bought a King Bed recently. Bed was a bit too soft - we called the store and they exhanged it for a firm mattress - no hassles and also gave us a deal on pillows. We are extremely happy with our purchase.
