    Other than a great selection of both pets (mostly lizards, birds, fish, hamsters, etc) and pet supplies, the staff is great! They are all quite knowledgeable and can answer all kinds of questions regarding your pets and their needs. We got our first bearded dragon from them about a year ago and they have helped us a lot along the way with any concerns we had regarding his diet, health, activity and so much more.

    Knowledgeable and helpful staff, although seems to be a bit understaffed. Wide selection for all types of pets. They seem to have good policies regarding the pets they bring in.

    Employees are extremely awesome. Some people say they could be more knowledgeable, those people have obviously never worked retial. You can only know what you have been trained in. The employees are awesome for the little requirements/pay needed/given in a retail job. Better than A LOT of stores. I always have an excellent experience in this store. They have lots of selection and always have good seasonal items as well.

    Great service and selection on cat items, but the cat toy I purchased for XMas broke that day. Really wish this store would carry Acana dry food for cats, as well as a locally made litter called Litter Queen - it's the very best in litter!!
